Hello all.
Hubert, now that the Web styling has crystalized in release 86, do you think we can have now the green flag to develop the online tools to support the documentation, such as Patrice's 'sample button', start documenting the new style sheet mechanism, and the new .page instructions's syntax?
We may have here at Ryerson a couple of students (two) interested in doing their undergrad thesis on these things.

Yes we can.
I have corrected a fiew problems at HTTP level, so will soon publish a release 87, but there are no more changes at .page level.
The only changes that might append at a later point is that when the pliant web protocol is in (one or two years away), I might make a fiew more changes in order to have maximum consistency between pages rendering to Mozilla through HTML+HTTP+javascript, and the same page rendering to Pliant browser through pliant web. Also I tried to anticipate so that no changes will be required with pliant web is available, but it's a hard task, so I would not grant that no single small change will be required. |
