Unfortunately your site is often unreacable, is the cause persistant,
or can I do it without a big problem of broken link.

Strange, that site is up usually 24-7.
Perhaps, on my end, we may have DNS problems.
To mitigate that, you may try the actual computer IP in the URL, i.e.,
http://141.117.18.128:8080/newindex.html |

The solution is good for relative links but when you have absolute links it does not work.
