|What is the proper way to stop the HTTP server? Is it safe to use Control-C?

|Go to the 'status' page, then select 'Shutdown' is the proper way to stop
the HTTP server.
Stopping the HTTP server through Ctrl+C should be 'mostly' safe.
By 'mostly', I mean that changes in the database will not be lost, but if
some action is changing several things in a database, you may get some of
them applied but not all of them if Ctrl+C was pressed just in the middle.
