Pliant user extensions, application and documentation placement.
What is (if such exists) the convention of where we place
or install unofficial packages.

|What is (if such exists) the convention of where we place
unofficial packages of:
- Pliant development extensions and modules, including
non-pliant binaries (dlls).
- Pliant application packages.
- Documentation, including non .page formatted docs
Up till now, I have put everything under:
But perhaps its not the right place to put things after all.
I'm close to making a first release and I would rather not
interfere with official developments here.
So far, all I can gather is that packages lie
in their own subdirectory under /pliant/ and each has an
index.page or index.html to the package's documentation.
So thats what I did with mine.

|Assuming that you installed Pliant at root of your operating system,
then you have / is the same as file:/pliant/
If you decide that your organisation is myorg.org, then your packages
should lie in /myorg/ (which is the same as file:/pliant/myorg/)
The way you sort files within /myorg/ is your responsability.
It looks resonable to me to add one more subtree for the project itself,
so end with /myorg/myproject/ so that you can later start new non
conflicting ones still within /myorg/
