|It turns out that some of the Perl API is in the form of macros,
and I'm afraid that if I unwind the macros then the perl implementation
may get out of sync with my binding. Therefore I would like for each
of the macros to keep a wrapper function (thats what I'm doing now).
So I end up with this library liblperl.so. I don't think it is a good idea
to put the library into /usr/local/lib. I would like to put in some fixed
location under Pliant install directory, so that I will give the 'external'
command the full path to the library. I'm thinking of
How can I determine at compile time the full path ?

'file_os_name' is the function that returns the OS path from the Pliant one.
