|It's impossible to download certain files from a link in a ".page"
though it's possible using the browse_file utility, e.g. PDF files.
Is it possible to make changes.

If you take a look on pliant/protocol/commom/mime.pli, at the end of the file
you will see which the following
declare_mime_type ".pdf" "application/pdf"
# declare_mime_type ".htm" "text/html"
# declare_mime_type ".ps" "application/postscript"
# declare_mime_type ".doc" "application/msword"
# declare_mime_type ".xls" "application/vnd.ms-excel"
# declare_mime_type ".svg" "image/svg"
# declare_mime_type ".jar" "application/java-archive"
# declare_mime_type ".tar" "application/x-tar"
So, you would have to uncomment the respective line, then restart your server
to allow clients to access files of the respective type(s).
Hubert once mentioned that he was going to add such setting to the server

|Thank you Marcus
But it is not sufficient
If you do that, a click will dowload the file in a temporary place and automaticly open it.
If you want let the choice to the client between "open" aan "save the file on the disk"
you must type "binary" instead of "application" and it runs.
