Discussion: Patch inclusion: the key feature is reviewing

I'm trying to explain the good practices rules that should
enable efficient and reliable inclusions of changes in
Pliant source code.

Now it's easy to go to the patch forum, and see the pending changes.
It's the most important feature about any patching system and it's the most
efficient way to try to avoid supid bugs to break mission critical applications
or create security holes.

If you review some patches, what is very much recommended to slowly master
Pliant, you should post a message at the end saying at least that you've
reviewed, and what you've noticed.

This will enable some new maintainers to appear because what they reviewed
prooves to be reliable.
